Charming Southern Experience

We enjoyed a good stay, with fine decor reflecting the area's rich history. The cozy atmosphere was improved with Debra's warm hospitality. Don't miss the beautifully done Christmas lights during the holiday season!

The breakfast was delicious and scrumptious exactly as I hoped, with bacon, fruit, sausage. The staff was attentive and friendly, offered friendly services.

Everything in this gorgeous hotel was perfect, we appreciated it. The staff was very informative, friendly all the time. The property was in a wonderful location close to famous restaurants, the downtown area and the center of Thibodaux's historic district.

Southern charm and lively tunes

The location wrapped us in Southern hospitality. From rocking on the porch to enjoying Todd's very nice live music, every moment felt special. Ms. Cheryl's warmth enveloped us like a hug.

Breakfast faced hiccups with long queues at a single coffee machine, which could definitely be improved with a simpler solution. It often took too long for everyone to get coffee.

The gorgeous chandeliers and antique decor. Plus, the second-floor wrap-around porch was a fine spot to relax and soak in the atmosphere.

When we arrived, the lack of clear instructions left us confused about how to check in. Finding the room was an unusual experience as we had to navigate through an unmarked door. The presence of scattered decorations and maintenance items made the hotel seem unkempt and less inviting.

The historic ambiance captures attention, with spacious and clean accommodations with a comfortable bed and a small fridge for convenience. Access to the porch added to the charm. A few lapses in housekeeping were noticeable, with the towels carelessly placed and a lack of soap in the room. The external areas, such as the porch and yard, needed proper maintenance to match the beautiful interior decor.

The historical charm is lovely, and the rose room was comfortable with lots of space. I appreciated having a small fridge in the bedroom. The access to the porch made it a perfect spot to relax. It's also conveniently located near several great restaurants.

The historical charm captivated us, and the spacious Rose Room was comfortable. Debra's hospitality stood out during our good breakfast. We loved the evening Drinkery experience but wished for better window shades to block out the street lights.
